• Is generated by a third-party AI engine, and NoFilterGPT does not endorse or assume responsibility for such content.

12. Prohibition of Child Exploitation and Abuse

NoFilterGPT strictly prohibits any content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors. You may not use our service to create, upload, generate, share or distribute content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts. This includes but is not limited to sexually explicit content, child exploitation material, or any content that causes harm to minors.

13. Commercial Use

The AI technology may generate content that includes references to trademarks, brand names, or other proprietary marks. Such content is not intended for commercial use. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with all applicable laws.

14. No Professional Advice

Content generated by NoFilterGPT is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal, medical, psychological, financial, investment, tax, accounting, engineering, safety, or any other form of professional advice. No user-provider, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service. Always consult a qualified licensed professional before acting on any information generated by the AI.

15. Accuracy, Hallucinations & "As-Is" AI Output

Like all large language models (including but not limited to Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other AI or search products), the AI powering NoFilterGPT may generate output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, biased, fabricated ("hallucinated"), dangerous, or otherwise objectionable. Output is produced probabilistically based on training data and does not reflect the views, opinions, or verified knowledge of NoFilterGPT, its operators, affiliates, or staff. You acknowledge that you will independently verify any information before relying on it for any purpose.

16. Assumption of Risk

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service may return information on sensitive, controversial, hazardous, or otherwise potentially dangerous topics. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with accessing, viewing, or acting upon any AI-generated output, including but not limited to physical, emotional, psychological, financial, reputational, or legal harm. If you do not wish to assume these risks, do not use the Service.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the Service, nor any output obtained from it, to: (a) plan, carry out, or facilitate any illegal activity; (b) create, develop, or deploy weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive devices; (c) harm, harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or incite violence against any person or group; (d) generate or distribute malware, ransomware, or tools designed to compromise computer systems; (e) engage in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or other deceptive practices; (f) violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or (g) violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use any output.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NoFilterGPT and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service; (iii) your reliance on any AI-generated output; (iv) your violation of these Terms; or (v) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.

19. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and forever discharge NoFilterGPT and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to AI-generated content, your use of the Service, or any decisions you make based on output from the Service. If you are a California resident, you expressly waive California Civil Code §1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release."

20. Third-Party Content & Parity with Other AI/Search Providers

The underlying model draws upon publicly available data, forums, help boards, and other third-party sources. NoFilterGPT does not author, endorse, verify, or control this underlying data. Just as search engines such as Google or Bing and AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Gemini may surface results that are inaccurate, harmful, or objectionable, the Service may do the same. NoFilterGPT is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party data source, model provider, or upstream vendor.

21. Jurisdictional Compliance

The Service may not be legal or appropriate in every country, state, or region. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you, and you agree to comply with all such laws. If use of the Service is prohibited where you are located, you must not access or use it.

22. Severability & Survival

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The sections addressing Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Release of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Governing Law shall survive any termination of these Terms or your use of the Service.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the trusted Stripe management portal, or by dropping us an email at contact@nofiltergpt.com. If you are unhappy with our service, we offer an instant prorated refund. We value our customers and welcome your feedback to help us improve.
